40i Terms — Complete Rules for Platform Use

Acceptance and Applicability of Terms
By accessing, registering, or using any service on 40i, you agree to these Terms. If you do not fully agree, please refrain from using the platform.
These Terms are governed by Bangladesh law and apply to all users residing in Bangladesh. Persons under 18 years of age are prohibited from using 40i services. By creating an account, you confirm you are at least 18 years old.
40i reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on the platform. By continuing to use the services after changes, you accept the updated terms.

Account Creation, Security & Policies
Registration Process
You must provide accurate and truthful information to register at 40i. Each individual may open only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly forbidden and may result in account closure.
Password & Security
You are responsible for keeping your login details completely confidential. Use a strong password and do not share it with anyone. If you suspect any unauthorized access, please notify [email protected] immediately.
Account Suspension & Closure
40i may suspend or permanently close any account for reasons including: violation of terms, fraud, managing multiple accounts, providing false information, or attempting to harm the platform.
Close Account Yourself
Users may request account closure anytime by contacting [email protected]. Any pending withdrawals must be completed before the account can be closed.
User Responsibilities & Prohibited Activities
When using 40i, you must comply with the following:
- Use only your own account and do not place bets on behalf of others.
- Exploiting technical glitches on the platform is prohibited; such transactions will be voided.
- Use of automated bots, scripts, or unauthorized software is strictly forbidden.
- Using the platform for illegal activities, money laundering, or fraud is strictly forbidden.
- Harassing or defrauding other users is strictly prohibited.
Important Notice
If any unauthorized activity is detected, 40i reserves the right to immediately close the associated account and take legal action if necessary. Account balances may be confiscated in such cases.
Payment, Transactions & Financial Terms
All transactions on 40i are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). Deposits and withdrawals support bKash, Nagad, and bank transfers. The main conditions are listed below:
- Minimum Deposit: A minimum deposit amount may apply per transaction, as specified on the relevant page.
- Withdrawal Process: Withdrawal requests are usually processed within 1–3 business days. Withdrawals may be delayed until identity verification is complete.
- Deposit - Same Method Policy: Withdrawals are usually made using the same method as the deposit.
- Suspicion of Fraud: If fraud is suspected in a transaction, 40i reserves the right to hold it pending investigation.
Separate terms apply to bonuses and promotions where relevant. Bonus wagering requirements must be met before cashing out.
Liabilities, Intellectual Property & Third Parties
Limitations of Liability
40i is not liable for any financial losses incurred while betting or gaming on the platform. 40i’s responsibility is limited regarding losses caused by technical errors, internet disruptions, or unexpected server downtime. We strive to maintain the highest standards but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 40i platform — including logos, designs, software, text, and graphics — is the intellectual property of 40i. Copying, distributing, or modifying these materials without permission for non-personal use is strictly prohibited.
Third-Party Connections
40i may feature third-party game providers and services. 40i is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or terms of these third parties. When using third-party services, their own terms and conditions apply.
Applicable Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes will be resolved under the relevant courts of Bangladesh, with both parties first attempting negotiation.
Changes to Terms & Communication
40i reserves the right to partially or fully amend these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be announced on the platform, with the update date shown on the terms page. Continuing to use the platform after changes means you accept the new terms.
